1. How You Can Pay

At checkout, we accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods processed through Shopify Payments. We currently support the following:

  • American Express (AMEX)

  • Apple Pay

  • Diners Club

  • Discover

  • Google Pay

  • Mastercard

  • Shop Pay

  • Visa

2. What We Don't Accept

To keep transactions secure and fulfillment fast, the following payment methods are not supported:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Personal checks or money orders

  • Bank or wire transfers

  • Cash payments

3. Currency

All pricing on our site, and everything charged at checkout, is in US Dollars (USD).

4. When Payment Is Charged

  • At Checkout: Your payment is captured the moment your order is placed.

  • Right After: You'll get an automated confirmation email once checkout is complete.

  • Then Processing Begins: We only start processing your order (within 1–2 business days) after payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. How We Protect Your Payment Information

Security isn't optional for us:

  • Trusted Payment Partners: All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which uses industry-leading encryption and fraud protection to keep your financial data safe.

  • Encrypted Connections: Our checkout process runs over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection from start to finish.

  • Secure Data Handling: All sensitive payment information is handled with high-level security standards through Shopify Payments. Zelquix does not store your full card numbers, CVV, or sensitive banking credentials.

6. Verifying Your Billing Info

Make sure the billing address you enter matches what's on file with your payment provider. Orders flagged by fraud-detection systems may be paused or canceled as a protective measure for your security, not ours.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy. Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method via Shopify Payments within 7 business days.
