It's not the most exciting read, but it covers what you can expect from us and what we expect in return so we'd recommend giving it a look. Zelquix ("we," "us," "our") runs this store on Shopify's platform to bring you a focused collection of women's handbags, alongside a shopping experience that's secure and straightforward.

Who Can Shop Here

You'll need to be of legal age in your state to use our site. When you check out, we'll ask for basic details email, shipping address, payment info and we're trusting that what you give us is accurate. Keeping your own account details safe is on you.

About Our Products

We do our best to show our handbags exactly as they are, but screens vary, so slight color differences aren't unusual. We can update product listings or pull an item from our collection at any time that's a call we reserve the right to make.

When You Place an Order

Placing an order is really an offer on your part we confirm it once payment goes through. Take a moment to review your cart before checkout. Everything we sell is meant for personal use, not resale. If something's not right after it arrives, our Return & Refund Policy covers that.

Pricing

Everything's priced in USD, and the price at checkout is what applies not what you might've seen earlier if something changed. Taxes and shipping aren't baked into listed prices unless we say otherwise. All payments run through PayPal or Venmo.

Getting Your Order to You

We give estimated delivery windows, not guarantees carriers, customs, and things outside our hands can cause delays, and we can't be held responsible for those. Once your package leaves our hands and hits the carrier, it's officially yours.

What Belongs to Us

Our branding, product photography, and site content are ours protected under copyright and trademark law. Feel free to browse and shop, just not to copy or repurpose what you see here.

Links and Tools From Others

Every so often, our site might point you toward outside tools or websites. We don't control what's on the other end of those links, so we can't vouch for them or take responsibility for what happens there.

Shopify's Role

We build on Shopify's platform, but make no mistake when you buy something from us, that transaction is between you and Zelquix. Shopify isn't involved in that exchange.

If You Send Us Feedback

Got a suggestion or a product review to share? Go for it just know that by sending it, you're giving us the go-ahead to use it (in marketing, on our site, wherever) without needing further permission or compensation.

Mistakes Happen

Once in a while, a typo or outdated price might slip through. If that happens, we'll fix it and if it affects an order you placed, we may need to adjust or cancel it.

These Terms represent our full agreement with you, are governed by Texas law (where we're headquartered), and if any single part is ever found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
